What is included in a safety Inspection

• All gas lines in the home, gas lines will be visually inspected and if the gas to the property is on we will use a gas detector to check for leaks.
• Gates and fences will be inspected to asses site security issues.
• Windows will be inspected for broken glass and locks.
• Entry doors will be inspected to ensure they are or can be secured.
• Electrical in the home will be inspected to locate any possible bare or dangerous exposed wires.
• Pools will be checked to report their condition...such as low or dark water.
• Exterior grounds will be checked for possible dangers such as exposed electrical wires, rebar, post inserts or dangerous debris.
• Retaining walls and fences will be inspected to check for instabilities.
• Balconies and patio covers will be inspected for stability.
• Major maintenance issues will also be documented in this report.
